Given the tsunami of pornography these days is it right International Times Facebook site should be banned for 24 hours for featuring a stylish art illustration by the artist Victor Moscoso? An example of his work above. Arent our viewers intelligent enough to decide what is obscene and what isnt?
Not the first time it has happened, involving images of nudity on IT which has had the Facebook site shut down, amazing when compared to the current mind-programming trend for mindless and often violent images of women as commodities. It’s astounding they are applying one law to alternative media and another to the overwhelming deluge of pornography in magazines, tabloids, in films, in the mainstream and on the internet. Is it an underhand deal to make appreciation of the beauty of the female form applicable to crime? To destroy natural sensuality? Which is what so much of true art is about?
Sign of our hypocritical times.
