He would know what isolation would be like as a toddler in a air raid shelter as the Bomber`s dropped their bombs from overhead.Liverpool was badly hit.There was a song as the bombs rained down .Ten Green Bottles which my grandmother use to sing to distract me.When one green bottle did accidentally fall that was when you hear the bomb come whistling down.Lennon lived a couple of roads away and would be experiencing the same raid.That is why my generation were called bombed out of our minds
