Strange that the likes of the Moors Murderers, the Yorkshire Ripper, Ian Huntley et al were not treated so harshly in prison, ie refused medical care, confined to a cell for 23 and a half hours a day, cut off from human contact etc. It shows the twisted standards of the UK judicial system.
