tin pan alley soul

what wonderful lines are these:

the desk clerk’s dressed in black
well they’ve been so long on Lonely Street

tell me

about an event which happened

he she or they were born
or Heartbreak Hotel?

it’s no contest for me
rockanroll fol di riddle me ree
