I had never been to a poetry workshop
before and I will almost certainly never
go to a poetry workshop again if what
happened Saturday is par for the course
because everybody liked everybody and
everyone liked every poem and I had
thought there would be criticism and
education and the possibility of looking
at things differently but the most intense
discussions centred upon the best font
to use and what magazines to submit to.
