Largesse of language helped scale the stairs
that refused to go anywhere.
Procuring a layette was never a need.
Everything, after a while, seems superficial.
The more you possess, the less it pleases.
Refinement is an evolutionary itch.
The provision of phrases that we employ
to calm ourselves, tapers the twinge.
Have slogans ever solved anything?
