The spate of seasons
rustles
through myriad responses
while an incipient image
or idea
looms on the intrados
as silence
lets out its signal.

The thrill of feeding and fueling
a shimmer into solidity
begins its drill.
Some chase
the armament of words
to help them amble along
menacing trajectories.
That some is me!
