The first ANTI SOCIALIST BEHAVIOUR ORDER goes to Lord Mogg, Chairman of OFGEM, the energy regulator. Mogg, who works three days a week, is paid over £200,000 to prevent energy firms from ripping off the general public, but IT can reveal he is actually paid to allow them to rip off the general public.
