21st May 2022 will mark the first Newcastle Anarchist Bookfair in honour of Ewan Brown. Originally scheduled for 2021 but postponed due to COVID this will be a long overdue celebration of Ewan and the region’s radical past, present and future.
The bookfair is set to take place at Star and Shadow Cinema in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and will feature stalls from local and national organisations. As well as talks, music, poetry and workshops from various groups and disciplines.
The bookfair is run by a group of volunteers using funding from donations and stalls. We have tried to make this event as accessible as we can so anyone can enjoy.
