Trump called a liar,
by liars,
so where is the truth,
long gone from the capital,
where elitists’ use their money,
ego and arrogance,
trying to define truth for the underclasses,
no, truth resides in city slums,
where children go to bed hungry,
and on this nation’s farms and ranches,
where crops and livestock flooded,
and healthcare nonexistent,
journalists no longer cover truth,
they are too busy,
trying to create their own,
truth, so long gone,
now unfamiliar to them all.
