Presented by Zoë Baxter, Lucky Cat is a spicy chop suey of Reggae and Chinese and East Asian culture. This week chef, writer and consultant Jay Morjaria discusses his adventures in cooking. Jay was the founder of Central London’s first meat free cooking school, Sutra Kitchen, and now runs regular Dynasty Dining supper clubs. Lately, he has moved his culinary attention towards East and South East Asia, focusing his interest on the cuisines of Korea, Japan, China and South East Asia.
