I tried so hard to
Be everything that,
You wanted, but I
Forgot who I was.
The last thing,
You gave me was
Your silence.
And it is the only sound
I have evermore.
The fear was not in,
Falling into pieces.
But not having the strength
To assemble all together.
You pulled me out of darkness
And from blue devils.
I desired this,
A love I thought so rare.
But now it’s over
And I’m back in the void.
