“L’ Amour”
I saw you
And asked to borrow
A second
Then you gave me
Eternity!
I keep you
In this small-sized
Blood pumping,
Ego boasting,
Fear palpitating,
Desire yearning,
Love craving place
That we call “Heart”!
I’ve been away
For so many years
But in my heart
My love for you
Never swayed.
You are
A masterpiece
Still a work in progress
At the same time
I love you fully
For nothing and everything.
I think of
Every word
I wrote
And realised
I have so much
More to say
When it comes
To the love
I have for you.
