I read a little Daily Mail today. Blast from the Past.

HOT OFF THE PRESS.

Darren Cullen, over at ‘spelling mistakes cost lives’, and probably the best contemporary artist of satirical, political cartoons has excelled himself in producing a miniature, cutting parody and parable of the two-faced posturing of our popular media: in particular the Daily Mail… It’s a tiny palm-size paper with an even smaller colour supplement insert, very fine and very beautiful. Me and my mate spent an hour flipping through them and most of that time rolling on the floor with hysterical laughter.

There is a sample of the paper, also the front cover and one page of the supplement below.

The paper sells for a crazy low price and for a little more, you can have the option of a set of cards taken from its pages.

Political, surreal and humorous art at its cutting best, every home should have at least one.

An advert from the paper

And from the really titchy insert suppliment.

Until her death The Mail regularly wrote about Diana in a  negative way.

    1. This is a work of inspirational genius! Where can I by my copy of the mini-Daily Mail? Thanks to the Beatles preparing us for Brexit – by singing – Get back! we are getting back to where we want to be. Where we can all be Daily Mail readers at last!
