Burn of an unhelpful eye,
a limp, listless voice
zeroes on to my stillness.
Unsettling of slabs
zoom in on fluidity:
From hauteur to humbleness.
Aloneness of undulations
quicken at the cusp of
another launch
of another volume:
When equations are tested.
Otherwise, they lie uncontested
underwriting a blasé gait.
